As an NPI Engineer at Solato, you will be part of the NPI team that transfers our products from development to mass production. You will take part in designing tools, fixtures, and jigs to support robust manufacturing. You will work closely with other disciplines in the organization such as purchasing, R&D, Quality, Production, etc.

Responsibilities:
Leveraging a combination of tech-touch and personal-touch outreach to employ a proactive approach to ensuring customer success across the customer base.
Developing scalable strategies that can be used to gather usage, satisfaction, and feedback from clients
Taking a consultative approach to make sure that the customer is maximizing their usage of Solato and ensuring that they will renew their participation year after year.
Keeping track of customer usage changes, identifying, and proactively coordinating efforts to eliminate technical issues affecting consumption, and timely weekly reporting of field notes
Communicating regularly with Operations/Sales/Marketing on growth opportunities and potential for increases in consumption of Solato gelato.
